K-Online Television releases first podcasts, official launch this July
We mentioned back our Daehan Drama Awards 2015, that a new online service called K-Online Television would launch this summer.
It started with several podcasts since June 13, which was the first phase, before kicking off its radio stream by end of July then audiovisual stream by end of August.
The London Korean Drama Club is teaming up with them to bring Korean dramas and entertainment shows which will cater to UK-based audiences’ tastes, in addition to original shows they will be producing.
Among the podcasts, you might be interested in checking out:
- Podcast #2 in which Usha talks about she became a K-dramaddict
- Podcast #3 which covers the K-Lovers Day at which Kdramas where screened and LKDC introduced
You need to register on the website. To listen to the podcasts, as long as you are based in the UK, you need to “make sure you purchase the add on (using the shop tab) for 1 penny to confirm you’re a UK resident to receive the password for the podcasts.”
Shorter versions of the podcasts will later on be made available through the newly created YouTube channel.
From this Friday, you will also be able to order special bags, including one with Kdrama printed on it, by logging onto the website.
