Yijo BBQ: new April menu & Cookery School class
As the first signs of a sunny Spring are showing, Yijo BBQ announces new additions to its menu.
Guests of the Korean BBQ restaurant will now be able to enjoy Naengmyeon (cold noodles), Jjajangmyeon (Noodles in black bean sauce), and a new selection of iced teas.
Another good news is that now the restaurant has a Loyalty Card : for every £10 spent in cash you get a stamp, and when the card is full, you can get a 15% discount on your next order.
The Cookery School is back this month again with a Tofu-making class. Only 4 spaces left, so don’t wait or it will be fully booked.
The class will take place on Saturday 25th April, from 11:00am to 2:00pm, and Chef Jun-pyo Kwon will show both how to make tofu but also how to cook two Korean traditional dishes made with fresh tofu. At the end of the class, students will be able to enjoy the dishes cooked during the session as well as some other previously prepared by Chef Jun-pyo.
